TRADE INFO

ᢉ𐭩 uk trades are automatically prioritised due to shipping costs! i will rarely trade cards under the value of £10 ww!
ᢉ𐭩 i will send a video with the flash on and my @ in the background, i expect the same
ᢉ𐭩 i have no problem trading with new or personal accounts, but if you have less than 40 recent and clickable proofs, i will kindly as you to send first
ᢉ𐭩 you must be able to provide valid send out proof. it is expected to be a video clearly showing the letter with my address on being posted, or a receipt if it is a tracked trade. for international tracked mail, i am not able to provide a video send out proof as we cannot put int. tracked mail in the postbox! it'll be a receipt with your postcode.
ᢉ𐭩 i am not picky about most damages but please be honest
ᢉ𐭩 please do not mark my mail as gift on customs forms for international trades, the threshold is much lower in my country, please mark as sale of goods instead
ᢉ𐭩 no backouts after address exchange please, you will be blocked. if you are no longer interested that's fine but i would rather not send my address to someone who i am not trading with :(

GROUP ORDER INFO

ᢉ𐭩 there are between 2-4 payments that cannot be combined
ᢉ𐭩 i accept paypal f&f, wise and uk bank transfer
ᢉ𐭩 no backouts without replacement, do not join if unsure!
ᢉ𐭩 if a go is cancelled, i will either let everyone know by tagging them in stories, or archive the post if i am busy
ᢉ𐭩 occasionally costs work out higher because of differences in conversions - i am not responsible for this cost
ᢉ𐭩 the cost of unclaimed pcs will sometimes be split between joiners and the pcs raffled!
ᢉ𐭩 should stores send uneven sets, pcs will be sorted. this is more common with lucky draw rounds
ᢉ𐭩 payment deadlines are usually stated on posts - if you cannot make them you must let me know before they pass! late fees of £0.25 per day will be added for 1 week and afterwards items will be put up for reclaim without refundIMPORTANT
ᢉ𐭩 doms deadlines are usually 1 month after items have arrived on hand - i don't have space to store things. if you fail to pay doms or fill in the form after the month, your items will be put up for sale without refund
ᢉ𐭩 i highly prefer no combining shipping with group orders that are not on hand due to lack of space, but i will hold items for a maximum of 1 week.

ᢉ𐭩 i am not responsible if items from k-sellers or mercari/buyee come damaged or unofficial as i do my research by trying to buy from sellers with good reviews, and trustworthy accounts. in the case of this i will try my best to get a refund/compensation but this won't always be possible..ᢉ𐭩 you must let me know if you change your username - if i cannot find your account, your items will be put ufs

ᢉ𐭩 prices are royal mail prices plus an additional packing fee:
- regular letter mail = 35p (inc in prices above)
- mail requiring a bubble mailer/mailing bag = 50-75p
- parcels requiring a box = £1+
ᢉ𐭩 mail will be sent via post office drop off unless it is a trade, i will have send out proof in the form of a receipt with a postcode and a street no. this will not be provided for sales and gos unless requested PRIOR to send out. i will tag in a story once posted.

ᢉ𐭩 during uni semesters (oct-may) shipping time is usually 2-4 weeks, when i am not at uni it is usually 1 week (this may vary depending on the volume of gos i have coming in at any one time)
ᢉ𐭩 for international mail, i will fill in the customs form truthfully unless you ask me different. trades are marked as gift, sales and go items are marked as sale of goods. should anything get lost and you not get full compensation due to the value requested, that is not my responsibility‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR USA BASED ACCOUNTS
due to the new tariff rules, royal mail have changed the way they operate. there will now be a base 50p handling fee added to every single item going to the us. potential customs will be calculated in advance and must be paid with shipping in order to send the item!! an email and phone number also must be provided for both stamped and tracked mail. please understand as these are new regulations there may be additional fees i am unaware of!ᢉ𐭩 i am not responsible for any lost or damaged mail, i pack everything as safely as possible and put my return address on envelopes
